We are a small team that believes in a simple idea: the best talents in Italian hospitality deserve international opportunities, and the businesses that welcome them deserve to find them easily, without the usual complications that come with a career path across borders.
We started in the hotel and restaurant industry in the United States, where demand for Italian professionals, trained, passionate, able to bring a recognizable style to every dining room and kitchen, runs high. Our work today is building the bridges that make this connection possible: from candidate selection to guidance through the more delicate steps, like visa processes.
But this is only the beginning.
The name ItalianExperience is not a coincidence. We want it to grow into something broader than a recruitment platform: a reference point for anyone who wants to live, work, or simply discover authentic Italy, wherever they are in the world. We imagine a future with more chapters: travel itineraries shaped by people who truly know the land, the flavors and stories hidden behind every dish, the homes and properties that tell Italy's truest story.
We do not have all the answers, and that is fine. We prefer to build one step at a time, listening to the people who work with us every day: candidates, companies, partners. This blog exists to tell that story, with all its progress, its open questions, and, we hope, a few good surprises along the way.
